In all cases once the initial contact
has been made,
A fully qualified instructor will be assigned to you. Lessons are booked directly with your instructor, so the two of you can determine the times, best suited to you, for your driving lessons in line with your availability. You will have direct contact with your instructor right through to your last driving lesson giving you the undisputed advantage of a personal service.
You will probably be nervous, especially if it is your first lesson ever. Doubts, fears and worries are a natural part of learning any new skill; your instructor won't be expecting you to drive away from your pick-up point. Once you’re relaxed, (your instructor will soon put you at ease)
enjoy the lesson! 'Learn at the pace best suited to your individual needs and requirements'.
Many people find that the most flexible way of learning to drive is by taking individual lessons that can be arranged to suit you. We always suggest that you take one trial lesson with an Instructor before committing to a series of lessons.

All lessons are a full hour from pickup.
(unless we have agreed this is not so before the lesson). We normally conduct driving lessons in blocks of two hours. This ensures that you have plenty of quality driving tuition and time to be able to cover a wider variety of areas in order to give you plenty of road experience, and increase your confidence.
We do ask that you give us 48 hrs notices if you need to change or cancel any lesson,
Although we are sympathetic to any circumstances that may force you to cancel lessons at short notice we must ask you to consider that if we cannot resell that lessonit is your instructor that loses. You will not be charge if we can resell the lesson.
All lesson bookings and
cancellations must be notified by telephoning or texting your instructor directly.
Pupils are required to have a valid Provisional Driving Licence before they can start learning to drive.
The Provisional Driving Licence should be brought along to the first driving lesson so that your Driving Instructor can make a note of the relevant details.
